Preparatory online meetings have taken place for the mobility of the Escape2EU project, scheduled for the first weeks of February.
During the meetings, participants and partner organisations discussed details regarding the stay in Cyprus. The preparations for the trip and the activities planned for the mobility days were examined in detail.
CitizenAct presented the agenda for the three days of activities, which included an analysis of the project results achieved so far and further testing of the educational Escape Room.
The Escape Room aims to simulate the arduous journey that migrants often face to reach Europe.
The educational objectives that the partners want to achieve are:
- Understanding the challenges faced by migrants
- Exploring the reasons that drive people to migrate
- Promoting empathy and intercultural understanding
- Familiarizing with laws and procedures on migration
